Proactive monitoring
Monitoring and alerting across every endpoint and server, around the clock. Faults reach us as alerts, not as complaints from your staff.
- 24/7 monitoring & alerting
- Automated patch management
- Monthly health reporting
Your outsourced IT department. Monitoring and patching handled, a helpdesk with no ticket cap, and one predictable monthly fee.
Most small businesses in East London still buy IT the same way they buy a plumber: something breaks, you call someone, you get a bill. That model is usually called break-fix, and it has one obvious flaw. Your IT company only earns when your systems fail, and you only find out about a problem when it has already stopped someone working.
Managed IT inverts that. We watch your machines and your network around the clock, apply security updates on a schedule, and fix most faults before anyone in your team notices. You pay a flat amount per user per month, so a quiet month and a difficult one cost the same. It also means we earn more when your systems behave, which is the incentive you actually want your IT company to have.
We are based in Dagenham and work on site across Barking, Romford, Ilford, East London and Essex, with remote support for businesses anywhere in the UK.
Monitoring and alerting across every endpoint and server, around the clock. Faults reach us as alerts, not as complaints from your staff.
Remote and on-site support for your staff. Unlimited on all managed plans. No per-ticket charges, no clock-watching.
We design and install the network, then keep looking after it. Firewalls, switches, servers, wired and wireless.
A maintained asset register, and your environment written down. You are never in the dark, and never locked in.
All managed IT is priced per user, per month, excluding VAT, on a monthly rolling agreement with 30 days' notice to cancel. There is no minimum monthly spend.
24/7 monitoring, automated patching, business-hours helpdesk, endpoint antivirus, asset register, monthly health report.
Everything in Essential plus managed backup with tested restores, EDR, email security, phishing training and a quarterly vCIO review.
Everything in Professional plus 24/7 out-of-hours support, SIEM & log retention, MDR, compliance reporting and an annual DR test.
Work that falls outside the agreement is charged at £86 per hour for contract clients. Without an agreement, break-fix work is £126 per hour, roughly 47% more. Out-of-hours call-outs are £167 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Servers are £162 per server per month and managed network devices £34 each per month.
The full breakdown, including compliance add-ons and project rates, is on the pricing page. If you want to understand how these numbers compare to the London market, we wrote a detailed guide: how much IT support costs in London in 2026.
Managed clients get an account on Alpha IT Client Management. We built that portal and we run it ourselves rather than reselling somebody else's. It gives you hardware diagnostics for every managed device, remote access for our engineers, and security alerts as they happen, in one place instead of scattered across email threads.
It is the practical answer to the question most businesses cannot answer about their own IT: what have we actually got, and is any of it in trouble right now.
These are wide screens. Scroll each one sideways, or tap to zoom.

The client shown is fictional. “Northgate Joinery Ltd” does not exist. These screens run on a demonstration tenant we built for this page, with invented staff, device names and ticket history. We do not publish real client data, and under UK GDPR that data belongs to our clients rather than to our marketing. The portal itself, and the process it shows, are the real ones.
One example we can name: STF Electrics, an electrical contractor working across residential wiring and smart home automation. We designed and built their website, and we host it alongside the rest of their IT. That is the point. When their domain, email and site all need to work together, there is one team responsible rather than two pointing at each other.
You can see more of the work on our portfolio.
Managed clients get priority response, with a one-hour response target on our Complete tier. In practice, 24/7 monitoring means we often open a ticket before anyone in your team has noticed a problem.
Yes. Support covered by your plan has no ticket cap and no per-call charge. Project work and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately or billed at the £86 contract hourly rate.
No. Managed agreements run monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. We would rather keep your business by doing the work well than by locking you into a three-year term.
No. There is no minimum monthly spend. You pay the per-user rate for the people you actually have, from £50 per user per month on Essential.
Yes. Monitoring and helpdesk are delivered remotely as standard, so it makes no difference whether a laptop is in your office in Dagenham or at someone's kitchen table.
Routinely. We audit what you have, document it, agree a handover window, then take over monitoring and support. You keep the asset register either way. It is yours.
Tell us about your setup and we'll come back within one business day with a free, no-obligation IT health check.
