Technical problems are hard enough in your first language. Our team works in English and Romanian, at the same published rates.
Why this matters more than it sounds
Barking and Dagenham, and the boroughs around it, have some of the largest Romanian-speaking business communities in London. A great many of the firms here are owner-managed. Construction and trades, logistics, cleaning and facilities, retail, care. Owner-managed by people whose first language is not English.
Those businesses get perfectly competent IT support in English. What they often do not get is a conversation where the nuance survives. There is a real difference between understanding the words “we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication” and understanding what it will actually mean for your staff on Monday morning, what it costs you if you skip it, and what happens when someone loses their phone.
That gap is where bad IT decisions get made. Not through carelessness, but because nobody could ask the awkward follow-up question comfortably.
Where it makes a practical difference
The helpdesk call
When something is broken and someone is stressed, the last thing they need is to also perform in a second language. Support calls can be taken in either language.
Phone, remote & on-site
No scripts, no translation layer
Same response targets
Security training
Phishing training only works if people genuinely absorb it. Delivered in the language someone thinks in, it demonstrably lands better.
Phishing simulations
Short practical sessions
Included from £77/user/month
The decision conversation
Backup retention, Cyber Essentials, whether that server really needs replacing. These are decisions worth understanding properly before you sign.
Options explained plainly
Costs and trade-offs
Nothing lost in translation
Onboarding your team
Getting new staff set up securely goes faster when the person explaining the rules and the person following them share a language.
Account setup & MFA
Device handover
Acceptable-use basics
What we don't claim
Formal documentation, contracts and compliance reports are produced in English. That is deliberate, because those are the documents your accountant, insurer, auditor or a prospective client will read, and they need to be in the language those people work in.
The language matters for the conversation, the training and the explanation. That is where the value genuinely is, and we would rather say so precisely than overclaim.
Same service, same price
This is not a premium tier. It is the same managed IT at the same published rates: £50, £77 and £108 per user per month, excluding VAT, with no minimum spend. We are based in Dagenham and cover East London and Essex on site.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages can you actually support in?+
English and Romanian. That means a real technical conversation, on the phone, on site or over a remote session. Not a translated script.
Is the written documentation translated too?+
Our formal documentation, contracts and reports are in English, because that is what your accountant, insurer and auditor will expect. Explanations, training and day-to-day support are where Romanian genuinely helps, and that is where we use it.
Does it cost more?+
No. It is the same service at the same published rates of £50, £77 and £108 per user per month. It is simply who we already are rather than an add-on.
Can you train our staff in their own language?+
Yes. Phishing-awareness training is far more effective when people are not also translating it in their heads. Training is included from the Professional tier upwards.
We're a UK business with a multilingual workforce. Is this relevant to us?+
Often more than for the owner. The person who clicks the wrong link is usually not the director. It is whoever was busiest that day. If part of your team is more confident in Romanian, security training in that language demonstrably lands better.
Vorbim.
