Microsoft 365 licences are supplied at list price and managed on your behalf. We do not mark them up. Ongoing cloud management sits inside the managed IT plans, and backup for cloud data is covered under backup and disaster recovery.
Frequently asked questions
Will we have downtime during migration?+
Mail migrations are staged so people keep working throughout. The final cutover happens outside business hours. Server migrations sometimes need a short planned window, agreed with you in advance.
Does Microsoft 365 back itself up?+
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft's responsibility is the platform's availability; your data is yours to protect. Retention and recycle bins are not backups. Our backup page sets out what we actually recommend.
Can you migrate us from another provider's tenant?+
Yes, including tenant-to-tenant moves after an acquisition or a split. Those need more planning around identity and domain cutover, so we scope them individually.
Do you resell Microsoft licences at a markup?+
No. Licences are supplied at list price and managed as part of your service. We would rather be paid for the work than for being a middleman.
How do you reduce our cloud bill?+
By auditing what is actually in use. Licences for people who left. Over-specified virtual machines, duplicated storage, and resources somebody spun up for a project that finished two years ago and never switched off again.
