Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Planned properly, moved without downtime, and the licence bill checked afterwards.
Cloud migrations go wrong in predictable ways: mail cut over on a Friday with no rollback, permissions rebuilt from guesswork, shared mailboxes forgotten, licences bought for people who left two years ago. None of that is inherent to the technology. That is what a migration looks like when it is treated as one big event.
We map what you have first: mailboxes, shared drives, permissions, integrations. Then we move in stages. Each step is verifiable, and there is a way back from every one of them.

Servers, applications and data moved to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. In planned stages, each one reversible.
Cloud bills grow quietly. We audit what you are paying for. Anything nobody uses goes, and what is left gets right-sized.
Multi-factor authentication, conditional access and sensible sharing defaults, configured as part of the move rather than bolted on later.
Migration work is quoted per project. Unit rates are published, so you can do the sums first.
Planned, moved and then verified, per mailbox. Shared mailboxes and calendars included.
Network or server installation delivered on site across East London and Essex.
Patching, monitoring and management for servers, whether they are in the cloud or still in your building.
Microsoft 365 licences are supplied at list price and managed on your behalf. We do not mark them up. Ongoing cloud management sits inside the managed IT plans, and backup for cloud data is covered under backup and disaster recovery.
Mail migrations are staged so people keep working throughout. The final cutover happens outside business hours. Server migrations sometimes need a short planned window, agreed with you in advance.
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft's responsibility is the platform's availability; your data is yours to protect. Retention and recycle bins are not backups. Our backup page sets out what we actually recommend.
Yes, including tenant-to-tenant moves after an acquisition or a split. Those need more planning around identity and domain cutover, so we scope them individually.
No. Licences are supplied at list price and managed as part of your service. We would rather be paid for the work than for being a middleman.
By auditing what is actually in use. Licences for people who left. Over-specified virtual machines, duplicated storage, and resources somebody spun up for a project that finished two years ago and never switched off again.
Tell us about your setup and we'll come back within one business day with a free, no-obligation IT health check.
