Our story
A local partner that treats your uptime like its own
We started Alpha IT Solutions in July 2024. Since then we've built nine client sites, put our own apps on the App Store and Google Play, and taken over the IT for businesses across Barking, Romford, Ilford and Dagenham.
The pitch is boring. A fixed monthly fee, a named engineer who already knows your setup, and somebody who actually picks up. No tiered call centre, no ticket that sits unread for two days while your staff cannot print.
What we don't do is resell somebody else's platform with a margin on top. The monitoring and the client portal are ours, built here and hosted here, which is part of why our pricing starts at £50 per user. It also means that when something breaks there is nobody for us to blame.
